The American Society of Home Inspectors, Inc. is an international not-for-profit professional association of home inspectors. Since 1976 ASHI has established and advocates high Standards of Practice and a strict Code of Ethics for the member community across North America. Administering competency testing and continuing education is a major function of the society as well as providing customer awareness and enhancement of excellence and professionalism in the home inspection business.

The Florida Association of Building Inspectors, Inc. has promoted professionalism in the inspection industry through qualifying their members to assure the public’s confidence.
